Chris Davis – Martial Body – Heavy Body
‘HeavyBody’ is the first module in the Martial Body system. It focuses on our ability to release bound or tense tissue so that the body can move freely and thus bring our natural weight to bear on the situation. Using our own body mass, breathing and concentration to lead release of unwanted tension will allow you to use your weight when striking, when grappling and when wanting to resolve joint pain and injuries from training.
